Chromebook Old Password Issue

Process for fixing old password bug on chromebooks from Google Admin.

Go to Google Admin --> Devices --> Chrome devices --> search asset # --> bring up device
Hit Reset on the left side
Check "clear user profiles"--> check "I understand...." --> click reset
Chromebook screen will go black and reboot
Login like normal and it should be fixed
