Printing

You can use the same card you use to access the doors at any of these large printers to release your print Jobs, make copies, or scan to email. Look for the Icon below which is generally near the screen of the printer.

If you would like to print to smaller printers that are not setup to scan your badge to release jobs, you will need to open Print Deploy. You can open this by looking at your system tray to left of the time and date. Click the arrow facing up to show the rest of the apps in your tray. Then click the Green Printer and "View my printer"

To add a printer, make sure you are on the "Add printers" tab in the upper left. Then you will see a list of all printers that are available to be installed. Click the green "Install" button to the right of the printer that you would like to install. When it is done installing, you will no longer see it in the "Add printers" tab.
