Remove Old Printers

If you have old broken or unused printers that you would like to remove, follow the steps below to remove them.
- Press the Windows key or Start button
- Type Printers
- Click on "Printers and Scanners - System Settings"
- Find the printer that you would like to remove and click on it.
- The Example below shows one of the old Papercut queues that no longer works. Notice how it ends in the old Print Server name "coyote8"
- Click Remove in the upper right
- If you are asked for an admin username and password contact us so we can help get the old printers removed.
- Don't worry about the "Microsoft Print to PDF" and "OneNote (Desktop)". They cannot be removed and are automatically installed on all Windows devices.
