Enroll in MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator App
  1. Sign into your computer using your full email address and the temporary password provided
  2. Once you see the desktop, hold "Ctrl" and "Alt" and then press "Delete"
  3. Click "Change a password"
  4. Edge will open, click "Confirm and continue"
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Download the Microsoft Authenticator App on your phone by searching for "Microsoft Authenticator" in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
  7. Click "Next"
  8. Open the Microsoft Authenticator App on your phone and allow notifications
  9. In the App press "add an account" and press "Work or school"
  10. Click Next on you computer
  11. Press "Scan a QR code" in the mobile App
  12. Hold your phone camera over the QR code shown on your computer's screen. The app will move on to show a number once it has successfully scanned the QR code.
  13. Click "Next" on your computer
  14. Enter the number shown on your computer into the mobile app and press "YES"
  15. Click "Next" on your Computer
  16. Click "Done"
Choose new Password
  1. Enter the temporary password in the "Old password" field
  2. Enter a new password in the "Create new password" field
  3. Enter the same new password to confirm it is correct in "Confirm new password"
  4. Click "Submit
  5. Enter your new password again and press "Sign in"
  6. Click "Yes"
  7. Your password has been changed.
